This doesn't make sense because with Teslas you don't need to use the brake pedal, just by releasing the accelerator pedal the car will slowly stop on its own.

Pull over to the side of the road safely take your foot off the gas , put the car in neutral wait for it to slow down when it almost stops or stops put on the emergency brake.

If this happens to anyone. Simple just put transmission into neutral and vehicle will slow down on its own. When slow enough apply the E brake. If ya do not know a automobile work should not have one. Stick to walking

You don’t need brakes to stop a Tesla, the regen will stop the car almost as quickly as the brakes would, if you have your phone why not call 911? Or do all of the other things you could’ve done?
