Still going get dirty once you start it and circulate oil, flush some diesel through it first if you want to clean it

You should add that you only do hot oil changes. All the heavy metals that drop to the bottom of your pan are stirred up when the oil is hot. When those heavy metals drop to the bottom of your pan as the oil cools it would take a whole lot more oil than just a quart to get those heavy metals out.
