Employee is often labeled as having “behavioral issues” before the employee is made aware and therefore, blindsided, especially when the person who served them up for the sacrifice continues to deny and claim ignorance. Once the negative narrative spreads, stakeholders now look to prove the smear campaign as gospel rather than give the employee any benefit of doubt. 🖤🖤
