I binge use dry sniff do it all but am turning my life round am 2 weeks of it today am on waiting list for rehab got an addiction worker, Al got support for turning point am from Scotland, a have also came of all social media apart from this cut all ties with tribe

clean after years of binging - did require a rock bottom - and spiritual awakening for a better life and the resolve that this was not what I was put on this earth to be - an admission of the need for help - therapy and CA - accepting and learning from relapses and seeking to continuously improve - knowing that using was never a solution and would always take me back to square one misery - understanding accepting and embracing that if not now then maybe never - accepting the end of the easy high and instant pleasure with no effort - focusing on physical and mental health especially through exercise - and ultimately trying to be a good person rather than a helpless selfish fool

My husband in a binge user would love to get him help but unfortunately cos of him spending a lot of our money on it I can't afford help for him
