I think the grip strength training he needed to deadlift 500 kilos helped with rock climbing a little. Also Eddie’s calves are huge!

This is really cool to watch, seeing how much work it is for him to go up a small amount since it’s so much weight, yet he’s strong enough to push it. Bet he felt that it was great exercise for him (maybe not quite efficient for pushing his goals unfortunately).
