For all those who don't understand it, go read and watch more videos about Relativity. Time is affected by speed and gravity as well. The faster you go, the slower time will be. Same with gravity, the stronger the gravity, the slower time passes. This is NOT a theory. It has been proven using atomic clocks in satellites. In fact, your GPS in your phone and car works thanks to Relativity. You need at least three satellites to get GPS location in 2D. For 3D, you need four. Each satellite is traveling very fast over the Earth, but they are in a geosynchronous orbit, meaning, they travel at the speed Earth rotates so they stay over the same position relative to the ground. the location and time of each satellite is calculated using Relativity, otherwise, your GPS location would be completely wrong. Time is different for each satellite and also for you down here with the GPS. the Relativity equations make sure time is in sync so your GPS gives you the correct location. As for the example in the video, the 10 years passes for the kid inside the rocket, which is about 23 years for the people on Earth as the rocket was going 90% of the speed of light. Time passes slower in the rocket, but for the kid in the rocket, time is just as usual, same on Earth, but in reality, the clock is going slower on the rocket. And we are also going very fast on Earth, the planet moves around the Sun at about 67,000 mph, and the Sun is going around the galactic center at about 560,000 mph. Earth is not only a natural spaceship but also a time travel machine. Cheers
