The rarest things in the backrooms are;

-Other wanderers (can only occur if two or more dimensions with the same level glitch together)
-The Redrooms (very rare version of level 0, but in red and more entities, more entity variants and more dangerous)
-The Flesh Slide (anomaly that rarely occurs, 4-6 metres in height, deadly/dangerous, is out of, you guessed it; flesh)
-The Vault (level which can only be entered if you came to the the last known level, The Arcade (has an exit/let's you exit after completing a couple of various tasks), when you made it to The Arcade without no-clipping, you'll be sent to The Vault, where you have five minutes to collect as much money as possible as reward for your achievement)
-the Minecraft file on the computer in The End☠️ (if you didn't see it, watch the video again)

Note: an exit is nothing rare, it's just not easy to find, you can exit the Backrooms in The End (library) and The Arcade, or at least these are the most popular ones, and there are 1-2 exits per level, like the red button in level 0 which will appear after you waited around 100-200 days, it has the potential to destroy the Backrooms for a short time before it regenerates, you'll have enough time to walk outside in The Frontrooms (reality), the walls around you (level 0's walls) are destroyed after button is pressed...
