#Recipe for rice with oi-mook and jam-mook rice balls
✅ Ingredients: 1 cucumber, 2 stalks of ripe kimchi, 1t of salt, 2 tbsp of allulose (sugar), 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 cup of cider (based on paper cup), small can of tuna (85g), 1 tbsp of mayonnaise, wasabi
How to make 👩🏻🍳
1. Slice the cucumbers, add 1t of salt, 1t of allulose, 1t of vinegar, 1/2t of cider, and pickle them.
2. After washing the ripened kimchi, mix 1T of allulose and pickle it slightly.
3. Add salt, sesame oil, and sesame salt to mix the rice and cool it down a little.
4. Remove oil from small cans of tuna (85g) and mix well with 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise.
5. Press the rice together, add tuna mayo, shape it, and wrap it with cucumber and ripe kimchi.
6. If you put mayonnaise and wasabi on the tail, it's done!
