Love your content…… I notice some of your recipes call for Psyllium husk which is great considering I need to eat more fiber, but I’ve heard it needs to be mixed with lots of water or you have to drink lots of water because it becomes thick. So does it act differently when it’s cooked?

I consider my first attempt at these a failure - they didn't double in size, there was hardly any rise at all. Are you sure you used baking powder+vinegar, and not baking soda+vinegar?

Pointless to try substitute wheat bread. I've tried all possible recipes, they taste like.... I just forget about bread and that's all..
