Good stuff as always, thanks. When phrased this way it really highlights a plight of the modern age it's easy to take for granted - how deeply we're often buried and getting overwhelmed and burned out by a flood of information and stimulation, even if we don't always recognize it. This is even more of a problem for people like autistics who process information faster and are therefore likely getting exposed to a flood of information beyond the normal person.

When I encounter these busy days full of numerous responsibilities, I find it difficult to come home and sleep without having a little time for myself first.
Although now that I’m in my late 20’s, my body certainly shows it’s disapproval the following day if I do end up dipping into my 8hrs of sleep for that personal time. The never ending struggle 😜

Shorts like these are so energizing! A little longer short of having the natural medics to falling asleep along with taking a bath would be great! A tight schedule make you tired enough and taking a bath gives a nourishment your body needs a supple freshness for sleeping but I reckon a little meditation of blanking out all thoughts for a while is very helpful energizing before going to bed because giving your brain, which remains awake while you are in sleep too, a chance to rest before sleeping enhances your next days work which when involves a lot of brain capacity!

And on top of that, the guilt of not exercising/cooking nutritious meals
