I am 18, my lateral band was damaged 2 years ago almost and I ever since have constant pain. Excruciating If I dont walk in heel lifts. I lost 5cm of calf size. I can only barely do 50kg of seated calf raise for reps cirrently. Is this the reason my peroneal trndon overworks? Been to many doctors, lost my money. Trying to help myself by training heavy currently
