For all Pavoni users: This video is cut - so my acutal workflow looks a bit different. Pre Infusion usally lasts around 5 Seconds, then i - depending on the coffee - ramp down or start slowly (like in this video). At the end i reduce Pressure until the shot is done. Pulling such Espresso often takes up to around 50 seconds. What is your experience?
