OMG, I am alarmed that a) anyone is selling this and b) anyone thinks it will work. Ignorance is dooming us all. Thanks for doing what you can to counteract the lies.

I popped my lenses out of my specs and blended them into my morning preworkout shake... Twenty-twenty vision now! 😎

the fact that you had to say the phrase "non-drinkable sunscreen" is NUTS

I loved your deodorant analogy, it really helped illustrate the point well for me 😊

I didn't know this was even a thing. I've seen fabric softener with collagen though. Claiming it was good for your skin or something. I questioned whether it was even legal to make that statement.

Bizarre that some people are so alarmed about the perceived risks of sunscreen chemicals getting into their bodies through their skin barrier, that they are instea ingesting random chemicals directly. Unless it's just because they can't be bothered with the sunscreen application, it is a bit of a drag tbh.

So it works, even a little bit (or potentially could synergistically). That certainly surpassed my expectations when I heard of “drinkable sunscreen”

Just the idea of drinkable sunscreen sounds like bs.
I remember somebody's post about it in the Indian skincare addicts sub(2 months ago) and almost everyone dismissed it as a scam.

Hey, can you please do a video on lip stains? (How they work, ingredients, safety, product recommendations, how to make them last longer, how to wash them off etc)

I'll be honestly I just generally assume until there's a lot of evidence that molecules just will not absorb into whatever the hell they're supposed to. I'm sticking to my sunscreen

I was always curious about these supplements because some people swear it helps with hyperpigmentation and melasma using it alongside other forms of sun protection. It seems like an interesting research topic, but I also heard the data on it was limited so far. So idk how much I would spend in them vs just getting other treatments for hyperpigmentation at the derm. Thank you for making this video 💕

I thought this was going to be talking about a brand's "clean" sunscreen that claims to be so safe you can drink it. It's an interesting concept. Even if it is not effective as sun protection. I wonder what other benefits this supplement could have.

There is an esty who claims some of the supplements she uses (raspberry ketones, astaxanthin) are the reason she can go out into the sun for about 10 minutes a day to get her vit d. As for the polypodium supplements, I've seen derms say these might help with hyperpigmentation/dark spots.
