Hahaha. Yes, Lawyers love talking. I married into it. I learned to appreciate it and a survival skill. You don't have to agree with it, but it is refreshing to hear people who can at least put words together and make sense.
What is really funny is that they will talk, talk, talk, but if I had them watch any of you incredible Lawyers on YouTube, they will say, and I quote "This guy is a lot of talk, but he is not saying much...". LOL

After appearing as a witness for the prosecution a judge told me I had missed my calling.
I was an unwilling witness and chewed up the prosecutions case so bad the prosecutor whipped his clip board across the room. I did this because he tried to manipulate me on the stand. Ill be nobodys fool.
Then I was subpoenaed by the defense on appeal.
Apparently I was the only witness and the prosecutor dropped the charges. He did not want to deal with me again.
The defense attorney told me my testimony was the single greatest thing he ever saw in court.

As far as court trials, they are public. Guaranteed in the constitution. Easy and free first step to see what lawyers on both sides of a case do. Just don't make a disturbance. They can throw you out or worse jail you for short sentences for contempt of court.

Really, REALLY, good advice for any career that takes years of schooling! Obviously you can't shadow some professionals (can't imagine a physician gonna take you on rounds 😂) but I think this is a real solid bit of advice
