I love these kinds of adventures. There was a mountain that looked at me everyday for months, i had to train and get the confidence to plan a route and attempt the summit.
I went out to survery the first part of the hike under the treeline, and ended up summitting. Mostly class 3 with an exposed 5.3-5.4 move. I hadnt brought enough water nor food and was fighting daylight. I almost quit, i cried, it was painful, but i was so close. One of the best days of my life. I navigated with a compass and map andpire intuition

Im obsessed with living this nature vicariously through you. Adding Yukon to the top of my list of places i want to visit immediately, those rapids are incredible!

Thank you so much for documenting a wonderful, beautiful hike! I have two very small children and a bad back so though my heart lives in the mountains and in hiking and camping, it’s not really in the cards for us right now. Maybe when the children are older, but right now I am very happy living vicariously through you guys.

Damn, so there's like actual miles and miles of untouched land? Here in central Europe pretty much everywhere has at least some kind of hiking trail, signs, maybe even huts at designated stopping points... This right here looks awesome.
