Guys dont listen to this guy abbey yung and solda fades are the best ive found and trav white they all explain haircare right sulfates are not evil these people want you to think that and silicones are not evil but it depends on the overall hairttpe theses differnt types od eachaswell not all acahols are bad for hair it depends not all drugstore is bad but native i wouldnt reccmoned or dr sqautch hugh end is good but it can also be bad depends on things hair type etc i hope this helps!
