📌 For the cake;
2 eggs
Half a glass of sugar
Grated lemon peel
1 tea glass of oil
Half a glass of milk
1 tea glass of lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
1 packet of baking powder
1.5 cups of flour (can be added according to consistency)
1 packet of vanilla
📌For Lemon Sauce;
2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons starch
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup water
1 teaspoon turmeric (for color)
📌Preparation;
Beat the egg and sugar with a mixer until it reaches the consistency of cream.
Add lemon zest, oil, milk, lemon juice and turmeric and mix.
Finally, add flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix.
Pour the cake mixture into the greased tart mold.
Bake our cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
Let our baked cake cool at room temperature.
Put the lemon sauce ingredients in a sauce pot and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. (until it thickens)
After the first heat of the sauce comes out, pour it over our cake.
Let's keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and
decorate it as we wish.
