usse acha burn more rather than being in deficit or consuming so much of protein. All these things are nothing just a clean propaganda by protein companies 1.5 gram is enough protein for a human being who lifts or is an athlete. Nowadays all the researches and all are funded by big Protein brands. There are many influencers who even suggest 3.5 G protein despite of being concerned about your gut health. These guys suggest 2.5 to 3 grams of protein so that it is not completed by your Diets and at the end you end up on consuming more and more scoops of whey protein which will indirectly increase the consumption of the protein by the whey protein supplement as its the best option for completing your daily protein intake in less calories and at the end the brands will gain more and more profit. I am not against the whey protein supplement. Indeed it is best for completing your daily protein requirements in quite less calories. I am only against these influencers who are suggesting so much of protein in a day which will endup making their brands more profitable, Because no one can complete 2.5 grams to 3 grams of protein per body weight without 2 to 3 scoops of whey protein and in the case of vegetarians it is even worse especially in cutting.
