if we get copr but the passport is just valid for 3 months . can one easily travel .. is there any issue with indian immigratiom or canadian immigration or with the airline

Hi, my husband and I submitted our outland sponsorship application (he's living overseas, I am a Canadian citizen living in Canada with our children) in December 2022. Since May and July the status of our application according to the online tracker is Background Check and Eligibility (of relationship) is "in progress". What concerns me is that my husband's passport expires in November 2023!! Will immigration respect this (the expiration date of my husband's passport) and complete the processing soon so that he can come to Canada before the passport expires??

Suyash, my wife's medical expired on 21st of July. But we got the pass request email on 18th. COPR was updated on 19th and its expiration date is until 21st of July 2024. I'm pretty confused what is going on but we have sent her passport to get her visa as they told us. Any idea if that is going to be problematic? Also, do you know how long it takes to complete the first landing in the airport? For example, if we arrive in the airport at 4am, when can we expect to leave?
