I signed up for inner engineering during the pandemic. It was my first time meditating for such a long time. I wasn’t sure it had done any good. But later on I started to develop myself as a person. More awareness. Doing Isha Krya every morning. For me it has taken a couple of years of working on myself and gradually eliminating things from my life that were not serving my higher purpose. I can now say that I have a little more clarity and a lot more love for my fellow human being. Thank you Sahdguru for being a light to help guide out path.
