Most of the powerlifters yhi kehte hai ki deadlift ka risk to reward ratio bahut kam hai. Lower back strengthen karne ke liye back extension bhi bhut hi acchi exercise hai baaki jaisi jiski ichcha.

If someone wants to do deadlift he or she should do under guidance at beginners level

Spine surgeries have poor prognosis
Even Mch neurosurgeons could not fix it completely and middle class bodybuilders can not afford such a high price to pay hospital bills

Uska khne ka mtlb tha ki deadlift me chance of injury jyada h and people often don't know the correct form which leads to major injuries so avoid it if you are doing gym just to stay fit.

Bina jaroorat dusro ko bhala bura kehna adat hai bhai saab ki... Usne koi galat nahi bola kyunki Indian gym mai trainer proper trained hai hi nahi... Agar gym mai 4 trainer hai to har ek trainer alag alag form ko sahi bolta hai aur fir jo fitness mai AAPKE JAISE GYAANI nahi hai wo to injured ho hi jayenge na. Achha form sikhana ho to bhaisaab paise maangege lekin koi achhi baat bata rha ho to usko gaaliya dene pehle pohonch jayenge
