I have been drinking green smoothies for years and I consume plenty of ghee. So does my entire family and we are fit as horses and have skin like royalty. Please don’t listen to anything and everything that’s being yapped on internet. Stick to what your dadis and Nanis once told you and listen to your body. ✌🏻
