The 13mm numbs for the engine cover, the T25 for the oil line guides, the T25s for the Ignition Coils Harness, the T25 for the O2 sensor bracket, and the E6 screws for the vavletronic actuator seal all need to be tapped by the installer.
It's recommended to get new screws, but honestly, if the head is in good condition and the threads look fine you can reuse them. They're not torque to yield, just hand tight is good enough.
