At this point, she was heavily traumatized. I’d have difficulty feeling naughty with someone going through extensive PTSD episodes, too. I mean in context, Power did got traumatized so bad in that one big nightmarish event it reduced her demeanor that to a child. Denji the Chad took pity on her situation and accepts the role as her emotional support like a good doggo he is.

I understand your point and it really makes sense, however I interpreted that denji's approach to sexual attraction is more connected to his immaturity than his true feelings, it's a state of neglect of his own feelings so much so that the whole plot about him trying understand his desires, he actually says that he didn't feel anything sexual in the bathtub scene, he also says that he doesn't understand the reason for choosing power over makima, but for me it's like a state of genuine loving affection that overcomes sexual attraction that he doesn't even understand because is totally new, I finish complementing that the sexual "romance" with makima only ended with that tragedy

If you have been with someone for long enough, showering or taking a bath together could be like that, like i can lay together naked with a woman i fell in live with for a long time and not getting hard because enjoying each other companies is far better than sex, i mean yeah sex is pleasent but thats not the key of a good relationships.
It's a character development for Denji, he realize that there are more to it rather than just lewd thoughts. And come on why would power blush every moment on that chapter, no siblings blush at eachother presents, also the dumpster scene make it clear, Denji dont want to live anymore because if he does Power wont be there for him anymore, even its forshadowed when Denji told Reze he would wait for her at the cafe.
The barkeeper told him that a perfect girl for him would come, and the next scene BOOOM theres Power following Denji's scent and end up there, she even blushed because she thought Denji brought flowers for her.
