The manner in how many psych meds work; I'm so much better off drinking beer (which contains alcohol). Same effect but alcohol doesn't linger in ur system like psych meds do. That's bc alcohol's a water-soluble substance whereas psych meds r fat-soluble. In othee words; psych meds cling 2 fat cells which allows "delayed-action" RE: its intended effects. On the other hand; alcohol goes directly thru the stomach & blood stream which allows immediate effects but also allows quicker departure from ur system. Hence; the harmful effects from psych meds r much greater than alcohol's harmful effects. Please don't construe this as advocation 4 alcohol but being 7 yrs psych med-free (as of NYD---1/1/2017) after 30+different psych meds over 44 yrs, psych meds r simply "chemical pacifiers" (i.e.: designed 2 silence u when getting abused, bullied, & harassed by others; especially those deemed as "authority figures"). Basically; psych meds r a 4m of punishment (not "treatment").
