It’s important to note most concretes have extremely large compressive strength, while their tensile strength is very very low. This means the experiment would be very different if the brick was suspended under a flat slab of some kind rather than only 2 of the supporting ends. The cold likely doesn’t do much in the grand scheme of things for the compressive strength so don’t go pouring liquid nitrogen onto your foundation.

This is very interesting- I had no idea a cold brick was stronger than a normal temp brick. Maybe the liquid inside of the brick frozen that makes it stronger.
