I use to be part owner of a company in Cali which one of the many services we offered was "Homeless Encampment clean up" (Also, the Government Contract took 2 employees, 3-5 days and tax payers paid $40k). It was a money maker. So the Supervisor was doing a Homeless camp clean-up near Elk Grove Ca, and South Sac. and these 2 ladies came to lecture the Supervisor about why they are kicking the homeless out. Mind you, we DO NOT kick them out, the Police do that, we merely clean, and sanitize their filthy lifestyle. So the Supervisor tells them "Can I get your Names, and contact as we need to house them, and your generosity and good faith would be helpful for these homeless people". They STFU and drove off.
Also, normal people would sleep & poop in 2 separate designated areas away from each location. But NOPE, majority of these Homeless people will poop under their rest area. My Dogs and Cats don;t even do that.
