Love your content. Always good advice. I do a series of supersets at work that stress my muscles and mobility but I don’t break a (heavy) sweat. I also have easier versions of each exercise so if my I can keep moving but not training an error if my form degrades.

Cut a full body workout from 60-45 min hit all major muscle, felt the burn, cut the time so I could fit it in before work but wasn’t up early enough! Boom 💥 💪
