So the "best" way will be a DPS Spec on a region spot for Battle Pet Leveling while waiting for Dungeon.
I think a good spot to do that will be on Pandaria at Mistfall Village, as in front of the Inn has a pet restore npc and at back is the Pet Battle area. Go with two flying pet @25 and a low level pet and do the battles while waiting for Dungeons
