The late Paul Shenar who played Sosa, was one of the initial group of actors who became part of the American Conservatory Theater when they were invited by San Francisco to become the permanent resident theater there in 1967. His "Hamlet" was the first the I ever saw and is still one of the best interpretations I've seen to this day. When I studied there in the summer of 1970 he was my Scansion teacher. He was a superb actor. He still has one of the most expressive and resonant voices that I've ever heard in my 70 years. RIP Paul.
