Tbh, I put body magic up there. Sure hax abilities are fantastic and all, but Dante survived a ton of death blows just cuz he could basically say no to dying.

As someone who's only watched the anime, there are better choices. Licht had more magic power, it's just that time magic is op. The queen of the nature county place has more magic power because she's able to create a mana zone around the whole country. The highest ranking demons definitely have more considering that the buffed licht, first wizard king, asta, yuno, and Yami all had to work together to beat a mid rank demon.
