Medical mistakes are more common than you think. This ONE habit could save your life in today’s broken healthcare system—and it’s simpler than you’d imagine! Moreover, it can help you when you are trying to apply for benefits, or keep your benefits because it is time for your review. Basically, DO NOT RELY on your Doctor records to protect you even if they signed the paperwork attesting to the fact that you are disabled! Crazy right?! It can make it easier to transition if you go to see a different provider or if a new type of specialist is added to your treatment team. I guess what I am saying, just pretend, like doctors don't document anything anymore.

“For every warrior who looks fine on the outside—but fights like hell on the inside.”

Welcome to Visibly Invisible MS — a channel created by and for those living with Multiple Sclerosis, invisible illnesses, and chronic conditions that too often go unseen and misunderstood.

I’m here to share my personal journey: the hard days, the healing tools, and the honest truths about navigating life with MS—from brain fog and fatigue to the emotional and systemic challenges that come with being “invisibly” disabled.

This channel is a space for support, awareness, and real talk—not professional advice or services. I’m not a doctor or therapist—just a sister warrior using my voice to help others feel seen, heard, and a little less alone.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, caregiving, or simply trying to find your footing in a world that doesn’t always understand… you belong here.

🔔 Subscribe for personal stories, advocacy, accessible tools, and authentic conversations around health, identity, resilience, and hope. Also REMEMBER 👇👇👇

You may be invisible to the world, but here—you’re seen, you’re strong, and you matter.
This fight is silent…but you’re not alone. And you never were.
Keep going, warrior. We’re making the invisible impossible to ignore.
With grit, grace, and invisible strength…I’ll see you in the next one.”

Want to know both habits that could save you in today’s healthcare system? Watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/-HaqvrqxRwk?si=Ia5BGyctyjqMpBMj

Have you ever had any issues with your medical records? Maybe they were "incomplete," or contradictory from one doctor to the next? Or perhaps one doctor made a snap judgement in the record before hearing you out? Did they document so poorly it almost cost you your Disability benefits, or worst, it DID cost you your Disability benefits? PLEASE share your story if you've ever had a bad experience with your medical records! We need to be LOUD on this subject! I can share my stories on my channel, but we all need to share so we can start making a difference and work towards change! We will be seen, heard, and understood again!
