I see now that's why I was able to memorize things by walking . I walked for 9 hours straight like studying while walking a day before my exam . The next day , my feet were dead but at least the exam went the best I had ever attempted in social science.

Well I always do the second rule as I am an artist, I like the texture, colour and objects thinking how it could be drawn.. where are the basic shapes. And usually ends up observing it for quite some time.

As per the first point, for me, without songs i can't even imagine to study!! šš
My friends think I'm mad but it's so calming and relaxing that I am able to focus more while listening to music as compared to studying in a normal manner

For the end point, donāt jump into a cold shower. Sure itāll spike the adrenaline response but exercising is far more effective. It can just be a 10 minute walk enough to get you breathing in quicker than before
