CJ was moving his head in freeroam on PS2 version. Funfact: also on PS2 if you holding stats Burton( L1 correct me if I'm wrong) and looking around using right analog CJ will rotate at the Axis that you pointed by right analog. On pc version animation is stil in the game but CJ won't move in this animation. To activate it press TAB and num 4 or num 6.

You can steal the truths van by backing it into water just far enough to fail the mission, but it leaves you in the vehicle and puts you back into free roam mode. Usually you can drive right out and take it to a garage for storage.
I normally do this at the beach in LS by the bridge to flint county by one of the safehouses with a garage. This location seems to not despawn the hippy paint job as much for some reason. If youre really adamant about keeping it, you can make a seperate save to revert to should it despawn the paint.

6. Varrio Los Aztecas Supposedly behave neutral after mission Los Desperados but rockstar is lazy to code so it ended up as a hostile gang despite we helped them take over their turf in that mission
7. Andromeda plane which exclusively appear in mission stowaway landed on the direction carl sees them but when the cinematic cutscene plays later the mission begin the plane has already facing away the direction of take's off
