That house is an actual hazard and unsafe to live in. All the money and time that it will take to completely renovate that house and make it liveable is gonna take a seriously long time. If Mike who I don't beleive is a general contractor, plumber, electrician or carpenter does the work solo this can take at least 18mths-2 yrs. Tammy might as well get a 1 bed room apartment or duplex so she can finally be independent. This way her brother isn't taking on an entire house renovation .

At least so have some privacy, even though somebody else owns the house, it's a roof over her head. So probably still need help, it's not like she's independent. She's used to having her family there for her. I guess it's nice that their families kind of tight. I just wish they wouldn't call this kind of stuff reality tv. How could something be reality when you know you're being photographed and videotaped. They probably edited out so much stuff and mostly keep the stuff that's dramatic. Imagine somebody following you with a video camera all day. Trying to be on your best behavior.

I am sure he would love for one of his sisters offer to help him with the renovation or anything he needs help with. He is always helping them out.
