Context:
Captain Price (Herodad) allowed Makarov to slip away due to an urgent life-or-death scenario, while Sehun and Thunder embarking on their own expedition. Subsequently, Makarov's men tracked them down, issuing a dire ultimatum: release Makarov or face severe consequences. Laswell, aware of the predicament, notified Captain Price, leaving him to contemplate his course of action for the sake of his young comrades.
