As Moroccans and Africans we do not need European point of view about how to manage ourselves. Usa longest unbroken treaty is with morocco the first country to recognize the independence of the us. Moreover, if Europeans got a complex of inferiority with the us they should solve it somewhere else. Finally, and if you are against “neoliberalism” “neocolonialism”… neo whatever. Morocco is a beautiful country, the people are beautiful, there are hardly words to describe how I feel about Morocco, I am an American, I lived in Morocco for over a year in 2004, and I am ready to go back this year to live, own a home in Taza, I love my country, it has been good to me but I want life close to my Moroccan family.

They could bring investment into countries. Helping them to build factories, transport hubs and infrastructure. Helping to make them a leading competitor in their domestic products. This will turn a profit and the profits will continue increasing over time.
Unfortunately, more money can be made quickly by turning a country into a war zone, stripping it of its natural resources with slave labor. It makes a large profit but for a relatively short period of time because eventually the country collapses in many warring factions fighting one another for the scraps. With none of them powerful or wealthy enough for weapons sales, to guarantee safety for workers or even to guarantee delivery of goods.
Those in charge of the US don’t care about the future. They just want a large profit now, so they can die peacefully and comfortable while the rest of the world suffers and dies.
The US could do great good in the world, just not with those who have been controlling the country now for years.
