Not only do I have GERD, fructose malabsorption, but also 11 food allergies. For the GERD, I basically can’t have anything acidic, like tomatoes or sourdough bread. The fructose malabsorption is in the large intestine, instead of the small like celiac and it has to do with the sugar in the wheat Berry, not the gluten protein, so I eat wheat free bread. My mother also eats wheat free because she’s one of the rare adults who is allergic to wheat. And then my toughest allergies are avocado, dairy, garlic, lemon, and soy cause they tend to be in everything, even medicine. Here in the states, FARE is the association go to for allergies. They have a channel here in YT land if you want to know more. They have a new CEO and she’s a real go getter.

Thank you for your channel! My husband just found out his has Hashimoto Disease after years of trying to figure out what was wrong. I have tried all of the gluten free diary free recipes on the Internet and they taste awful! Excited about your bread courses. Thanks
