Today I had class at Chase Field where the Arizona Diamondbacks play! This short broke down my class at the Diamondbacks field and checking out an official MLB stadium. We got a behind the scenes look at a major league ball park and got to see what a baseball field looks like during the offseason. This was for my professional sports team operations and legal issues class. I’m currently a 2L law student at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. We offer a ton of sports law classes and this one was awesome! It’s taught by the general counsel for the Arizona Diamondbacks. He showed us around the field and the dugouts. We also got to check out the pool at Chase Field. After that, we saw the Diamondbacks clubhouse. It was really cool seeing the MLB Rookie of the Year’s locker. Corbin Carroll had a phenomenal season! I snuck back in and sat at Alek Thomas’s locker! To cap off the day we had a lecture in the Diamondbacks board room! Overall it was an awesome day!
