in my opinion, fifa 22 penalties were the best because it was more difficult and more realistic, all they have to do is to make sure the player doesnโt know where the player is going, and fix the weird joystick thing

FIFA 17 first with a targeting system? How can one get this wrong. FIFA world cup 2010 had one and followed on in 11 for a few years and it was basically like the early 2020s one.

Before fifa 23 you could know where your friend will shoot ( if you not removed it) So yeah fifa 23 penalties are the best
