I agree with the pilot. 2 non emergency forced go arounds from ATC for the same plane is not safe. I’m sure they had their reasons but I understand the pilot’s frustration!

The tower was understaffed and overwhelmed, sending this plane on two go arounds after giving permission to land. Then, tower told him to talk to Norcal that actually worked his landing, not the tower. Norcal agreed that the ATC should be written up, and commented that similar situations had been happening for many months. There are videos that present the entire situation, including where other planes were and why the go arounds were ordered.

Many of on board had come ting flights to get to and only 45 min to hour allowed.
Any delay in taking off and landing we were literally running or being drove at top speed through airport right summer after pandemic started.
We missed flights as most everyone needed to get off fast ti catch next flight.
I have to have a wheelchair or ride.
We could not get straight through from San Fran to Dulles ( VA) and back til 2023.
Pilots do their best to make up time if we are delayed.
They paid for motel and food vouchers for many due ti delays , but we also had 2 in cabin dogs and they were allowed at hotels thankfully.
My husband worked in CA for 6 years.
I was flying every 1-3 months.

The pilot did everything that he was instructed to do, he was just not happy about it and I don't blame him!
