Ima go out on a limb here and say that most the power nine from alpha that are in NM/M condition graded (or better) are worth easily as much or more (specially black lotus, the 5 mox, and maybe ancestral recall or time walk too…
MTG is the real heavy hitter in terms of TGCs, with pokemon second, and Yugioh definitely a distant third.
& Baseball cards will always be worth a fortune, especially vintage ones from the 50s and 60s that are autographed and still in decent condition somehow, but that’s like on another level entirely with some 1/1, autographed rookie cards of who would go on to be the best known players of their era etc. but you gotta actually know sports/dozens of teams and hundreds of players… sure there’s the internet, but I personally wouldn’t know if I got a real “hit” or not, whereas with any of the other 3 aforementioned I could absolutely name/spot some of the first & most iconic “chase” cards without even knowing the game mechanics etc. lmao
