You are an ideal renter!! People fail to realize when you trash people's property, don't clean behind yourself, leave on the lights and electronics, leave food to rot and spoil etc you make it hard not just for the property owner but also for renters to come.
The more money the owners have to spend to clean and or repair, the more they charge future renters.
