It’s a Persian version of a Russian Olivier salad and a family staple dish we make all the time. Especially for picnics and BBQ’s with bread or crackers, it’s the best dip and always gets polished 😜
Its also usually made with shredded chicken but mine is vegetarian.

I have never been jealous of what any other person has. I just strive to get and enjoy the things I want but THIS comes pretty close! Haha. I would love to have a picnic on a beach like that. Guess Im gonna have to work much harder 😅
