✰ About Me ✰
My name is Zara Beth (zeezee25 on tiktok) and I post videos about disability, neurodiversity and living with Tourette's Syndrome, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Dysautonomia. Tourette's syndrome is a neurological condition causing involuntary movements called tics.
I use my social media (TikTok, YouTube & Instagram) to advocate and raise awareness for my conditions and share what it's like living as a neurodivergent and disabled person. I am autistic, sharing my sensory struggles along with my experiences with mental health disorders.
I share the accommodations I use to help my daily life, and I'm an ambulatory wheelchair user documenting my life using mobility aids and how chronic illness symptoms vary from day to day!
I'm a musician with a song called "She's Mine" available on all streaming platforms, and I'm an artist with a small business and website selling my artwork, disability merch. I also love reading, writing, and I'm currently writing a novel and a book/memoir about my l

we’re wheelchair users, of course people freak out if we can move out legs/stand up (ambulatory user gang!)

The rainbow wheels are so cool! It is nice to see people putting a little fun and personality into mobility devices.

we’re wheelchair users, of course people make condescending comments insinuating we’re unable to do ‘normal’ activity like buy food :)

Hi Zara! It sucks that all of these are common occurrences, but it’s awesome how you two still power through, running over abelists as you go❤️❤️❤️

Not a wheelchair user, but I felt the hate for cobbled roads. They are the worst. But here almost every street is like that, or similar

I am on/off crutches and wheelchair for long distance.

I am 11 months post op left foot surgery but still having pain (think it's partially failed) for deformity and end stage artheritis in both ankles. Waiting on date for the 2nd foot. Been told though with my condition i was born with it's unsure how well the surgery would work & may need more in the future (need many surgeries, have had over 40+. I'm 27 now).

I also have a cane for being blind/deaf, can't use crutches and cane at the same time.

Hugs to all. I hate cobbles too. Prone to falling. Xx

I loved the like car sound at the end, and I can just imagine what the Cobled roads feel like. I can imagine it feeling like a roller coaster.😅

Some years ago me and my parents were out and I heard a child say
- look a wheelchair
The moms answer was- yes and some people need them when their legs and body won’t cooperate sometimes.
A good explanation of why someone may need it but can still stand and walk, I think I was standing up and walked some before I sat down again.
For my manual wheelchair I have a seat cushion that has some pocket springs in parts of it. They city center has cobblestone where I live, so it helps some to have it when I use that wheelchair.

I know this is really unrelated, but i really want you to have a good chance at seeing this.
I've really struggled the last couple school years and my anxiety has been worse than ever before. When I talked to my parents about it last year, my mum (being knowledgeable on autism since both of my brothers have it) said that i may be autistic, which actually makes a lot of sense considering things i've found hard my whole life such as finding it difficult when there is a light too bright, or always eating the same meal since other textures freak me out and I stereotypically am very stressed when it comes to change. We saw a doctor about it and she totally agreed. Not diagnosed yet but your videos have been such an inspiration to me and have helped me not be so hard on myself about it and i've been accomadating for myself by taking fidget toys to school, asking to leave the classroom when i need it and simply saying things like 'Sorry, i can't go out today, yesterday was exhausting.' and I've been way happier.
Thanks Zara.
