🌿 ingredients
* 1 cup peanuts
* 1 cup almonds
* ½ cup flaxseeds
* ½ cup pistachios
* ¼ cup watermelon seeds
* ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
* ½ cup coconut powder
* ½ cup oats
* 1–2 tbsp ghee (or coconut oil)
* 3–4 tbsp jaggery powder / dates paste (adjust to taste)
(optional: extra flax seeds or chia seeds for topping)
👩🍳 method
1️⃣ dry roast peanuts, almonds, flaxseeds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds, oats and coconut separately on low flame until slightly crunchy. let them cool.
2️⃣ coarsely grind the roasted nuts and seeds in a mixer (do not make it too fine; a little crunch tastes better).
3️⃣ in a pan, melt jaggery with ½ cup ghee (or just add softened dates paste).
4️⃣ mix the ground nuts & seeds into the jaggery mixture while still warm.
5️⃣ combine well and roll into ladoos using your hands. if too dry, add 1 tsp warm ghee.
