If Muhammad doesn't know to write or Read that doesn't mean he couldn't copied. Muhammad already know the Torah from the Jews around and There are some Jewish Scribes who have helped him to do write the Quran or copied it from Bible.

The Quran is extremely clear when talking about the Torah and the Injil. It is referring to what was revealed to Moses and Jesus.
For example:
And We sent, following in their footsteps,, Jesus the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.

Rachel, Joseph's mom, dies giving birth to Benjamin, which is Joseph youngest brother. Jacob who was called Israel had two wives, Rachel and Leah and two servants for his wives, Bilhah and Zilpah. When Jacob spoke with and rebuked Joseph concerning the dreams Joseph had, Jacob was talking in question about Bilhah as the mother who would bow down for she is Rachel's servant who becomes the mother of Joseph and Benjamin.

There is another example that the ruler at the time of Joseph, peace be upon him, in the Bible is said to be 'pharaoh' meanwhile the Qur'an refers to him as 'King'. Whereas the Qur'an calls the ruler at the time of Moses 'pharaoh'. Now, after discovering the Rosetta stone it's been discovered that there were no pharaohs at the time of Joseph. This term came later with Thutmose III. This is a clear mistake in the Bible. If the Qur'an had copied the Bible it would copied this mistake as well. Instead it corrected the mistake.
