I feel like u need to know this: your videos make me feel so good, i feel so freakin comfortable now with not eating everything, like it is okay to leave some bites, it is okay to not want to eat the full meal everyday, and it is okay to sometimes eat more pizza or sometimes eat less pizza akd more healthy food, i just mean it is okay to eat how i want and how i feel to.
