This is how i would start my business if I were a content creator.

First i would start an LLC in my state.

Then, I’d get an EIN for that LLC.

Once I have those two things, I’d open a business bank account with relay.

All the money I earn from affiliate marketing, brand deals, or sponsorships would go into that business bank account.

Whenever I need to spend money to make money, it comes out of that business account.

When I want to pay myself, I simply transfer money from my business account to my personal account and label it an owner's draw.

This is the basic setup.

Once that’s in place, I’d focus on making as much money as possible.

When my profit hits $50,000 a year, I’d switch my LLC’s tax status to an S Corp.

This way, I can pay myself differently and avoid self-employment tax (That's $15k/yr in savings)
