Nowadays, corporations are doing their damnedest to get around things like overtime pay.
For example, if you are scheduled for 5 days one pay week, ENDING on the last day, then the next pay week scheduled another 5 days STARTING that pay week, they can pay you for 10 days of work in a row, but not a dime in overtime.
There's always a loophole somewhere for them to get around fair pay and time off.
